I am a wife, a mother, a Nana, and a bookworm. I founded Family Ties Wellness after realizing that the traditional healthcare system wouldn't allow me to provide the mindful, purposeful, and compassionate care that I take pride in. Having grown up here, I have considered this place home since 1976. I attended Bunnell Elementary and graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1987. (Go Bulldogs!) My roots run deep in this community, and the sense of being grounded is felt nowhere else but in this special place I call home—Flagler County.
Throughout the years, I have created many cherished memories, but one thing that has always stood out to me is the persistent shortage of healthcare providers available to care for our community members. My dream has always been to open a practice focused on the individualized needs of patients while ensuring it is affordable and accessible. I aim to foster relationships that promote trust and empowerment.
